Qualifications
? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or allied field
? 4+ years of experience in sales, trade marketing, brand management in a
FMCG company
? Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
? Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
? Strategic and creative thinking.
? Proficiency in budget management.
? Familiarity with both traditional retail channels (Modern Trade and General
Trade) and digital marketing channels.
Responsibilities
? Strategy and planning: Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to
increase product visibility and sales within specific retail channels.
? Campaign execution: Plan and execute in-store promotions, displays, and
merchandising efforts to attract customers and drive sales.
? Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams, brand managers, and other
cross-functional teams to align marketing and sales efforts.
? Channel management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail
and distribution partners.
? Analysis and reporting: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and
sales data to inform strategy and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
? Budget management: Manage trade marketing budgets, ensuring activities
are cost-effective and deliver a positive return on investment.
? Brand consistency: Ensure brand messaging and merchandising are
consistent across all retail touchpoints.
? Digital integration: Support and execute digital marketing strategies within
the retail environment to align with omnichannel rollouts.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
