Job Description

Provide

expert consultation

to clients on tourist visa requirements, documentation, and procedures for multiple destinations.

Evaluate client profiles

and determine visa eligibility based on current immigration and embassy guidelines.

Prepare, review, and verify

visa application forms and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.

Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and VFS centers

to track applications and resolve processing issues.

Stay updated

on changes in visa rules, embassy updates, and travel advisories to ensure accurate guidance.

Supervise and mentor

junior visa counsellors, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to company policies.

Maintain strong communication

with clients throughout the process, providing timely updates and ensuring customer satisfaction. Handle

complex or escalated visa cases

with professionalism and attention to detail.

Promote company services

, packages, and travel insurance options to clients. Maintain and update

visa records, reports, and performance metrics

regularly.
