Job Summary:

We seek a dynamic and detail-oriented Tour and Travel Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and selling customized travel packages and tours to domestic and international clients, ensuring a seamless and memorable travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and sell domestic and international tour packages as per client requirements. Handle bookings for flights, hotels, transport, and sightseeing. Provide travel-related information including visa requirements, travel insurance, and currency exchange. Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and transport providers for the smooth execution of tours. Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally and promptly. Maintain client records and build long-term relationships through excellent customer service. Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and travel advisories. Prepare quotations and itineraries and manage end-to-end travel documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred). 1 to 6 years of proven experience in the travel and tourism industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Customer-focused with a passion for travel and exploring new destinations.
