Job Description

NTTF Tool maker is preferred with 6 to 8 years experience

Diploma/Engineering in Mechanical Field

2. Tool maintenance/ servicing

3. Knowledge on Sheet Metal

4.New tool manufacturing - Stage tools & Progressive tools , Knowledge on new product development

5. Follow up with die vendors and ensure on-time trials and zero die break down

6. Sound knowledge in design, manufacturing and maintenance of tooling.

7. Capable to handle Tool Room activities and conducting tool proving trial run.

8. Awareness in quality systems standards like IATF 16949 Standards

9. Capable of handling new development tooling and tool maintenance together

10. Periodic tool maintenance & services, handling tool breakdown, maintaining critical tool spares and their related records.
