Nature of Work:

Knowledge of Tool Design for product manufacturing, preferably Welding and Assembly Jigs Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes applicable to Sheet Metal Knowledge of Welding Processes and applicable Standards Knowledge of Mechanical Joining Processes and applicable Standards Knowledge of Surface Treatment Processes and applicable Standards Knowledge of Product Packaging for various modes of Transportation Knowledge of CAD software, preferably Solid Edge and AutoCAD Ability to lead Customer Communication effectively

Job Profile / Responsibility

Responsible for status update to NPD In-charge Responsible for timely delivery of Engineering Deliverables for Tooling Development and Validation Lead a team of 5 to 6 members Responsible for implementation of tooling for new and existing products for process improvements Responsible for skill enhancement of subordinates in NPD team Managing and maintaining team discipline Responsible for defining packaging and transportation solutions for new products Responsible for defining internal and external movement equipment for new products Responsible for technical communication with CFT and Customer related to tooling

Total Experience required is 4 to 8 years

Qualification -

Diploma / BE Mechanical / Indo German Tool Design Engineering
