Role Summary:
The Tools admin will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing compliance automation within the OpenText Network Operations Manager (NOM) tool. This role focuses on operationalizing CIS benchmarks, automating compliance scans, and generating consolidated compliance reports.
Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and operationalize CIS controls in the NOM tool for Cisco and Check Point devices.
• Map CIS benchmarks to compliance templates within NOM.
• Execute pilot and production compliance scans, validate results, and fine-tune scan parameters.
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards for compliance tracking and risk visualization.
• Document manual validation steps for non-automated controls.
• Collaborate with the Network SME to ensure technical accuracy of compliance checks.
• Consolidate automated and manual scan results into final compliance reports.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in network management and compliance tools, preferably OpenText NOM.
• Strong understanding of CIS benchmarks, compliance automation, and network device integration.
• Experience with SNMP, SSH, and API-based integrations for network monitoring and compliance scanning.
• Ability to design and automate compliance dashboards and reporting workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting, scripting (Python/PowerShell), and documentation skills.
