Role Summary
The Senior Ticketing Executive will be responsible for handling end-to-end ticketing operations for domestic and international travel. The role requires strong experience in the tour and travel industry with expertise in reservations, fare calculation, reissues, and customer coordination.
KRA: Task / Activities
1. Handle domestic and international air ticketing for individual and corporate clients.
2. Manage bookings, cancellations, reissues, and refunds efficiently.
3. Check fares, availability, and routing options as per customer requirements.
4. Coordinate with airlines, travel portals, and internal teams for smooth operations.
5. Ensure accuracy in ticketing, invoicing, and documentation.
6. Resolve customer queries and provide timely travel support.
KPI: Performance Metrics
Accuracy and turnaround time in ticketing
Customer satisfaction and query resolution
Error-free documentation and invoicing
Adherence to airline and company policies
Skills & Attitude (A in BARE Fit)

Strong experience in air ticketing (Domestic & International)
Good knowledge of fare rules, reissues, refunds, and cancellations
Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre preferred)
Good communication and coordination skills
Experience handling corporate travel accounts
Basic knowledge of tour packages and visa processes
