Job Description
Codework has an opening for a permanent Senior Testing Engineer in our Internet & Endpoint Security Solutions development team based in Kochi Responsibilities
- Formulation and implementation of Software Testing strategies.
- Perform both manual and automated testing
- Develop automation & performance test scripts for the relevant modules using Automation tools.
- Plan & execute the test cases and scenarios with attention to detail and capture results.
- Involved with test planning, writing test cases, and filing explanatory bug reports.
- Research issues in order to identify root cause, document and reproduces problems.
- Collaborate with the software development team to resolve issues and enhance the product.
- Discuss the requirements with the technical team to understand the scope of testing.
- Identifies problems and performs research to provide timely solutions.
- Adhere to the process flow and ensure minimal bug leakage
- 3 to 6 years of Experience in conducting end-to-end testing.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with Automation tools.
- Familiar with Penetration Test and Load Testing tools.
- Knowledge in the Networking domain.
- Good to have - Networking certificate like CCNA / CCIE
- Strong knowledge of API testing using tools like POSTMAN
- Ability to handle multiple activities with changing priorities simultaneously and escalate risks.
- Candidates who have experience in the product-based company is an added advantage.
