We're Hiring - Senior Tester

Job Title: Senior Tester

Job Location: Pune (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

Lead testing activities across telecom projects (CRM, Billing, Charging, Provisioning, Mediation, etc.).

Define test strategies, effort estimation, and resource allocation.

Create & maintain test repositories and automation coverage.

Design, execute, and review automated & manual test cases.

Validate telecom services (voice, SMS, data, roaming, billing, CRM, interconnect, broadband, digital services).

Ensure UAT support with business teams and quality assurance alignment with telecom standards.

Mentor junior testers, track metrics, and report risks/issues.

Provide RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and collaborate with developers/vendors for fixes.

Develop automation scripts for regression, sanity, and performance testing.

Skills Required

CRM, Billing, Charging, Mediation, IN, Provisioning, Interconnect Systems.

Manual & Automation Testing (Selenium, Postman, JMeter, SOAP UI, etc.).

API, Integration & E2E testing.

SQL/Database validation for billing & charging data.

Test strategy, planning & UAT management.

Leadership & mentoring experience.

Required Skills/Qualifications

7+ years of software testing experience (minimum 4 years in telecom domain).

Strong expertise across telecom services (mobile prepaid/postpaid, broadband, fixed line, digital).

Familiarity with compliance & revenue assurance testing.

BE/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent technical qualification preferred.

Experience Required

7+ Years (with at least 4 years in Telecom Testing).

Salary Range

?12 LPA
