About this Role
We are seeking a Senior Tester to deliver high-quality testing services within the IT Shared Service Centre for telecommunications platforms and services. This role involves managing offshore test delivery across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with agreed milestones, cost, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Telco environments, including Billing, CRM, and Online Media portals, and will be responsible for test planning, execution, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
What you will do

  • Lead offshore QA testing for Mobile and Fixed Line workstreams, coordinating delivery across multiple projects.
  • Prepare and review test plans, estimations, and client-facing documentation.
  • Ensure accurate status reporting during project and release phases.
  • Support resolution of escalated issues and contribute to performance and quality reviews.
  • Track KPIs and ensure closure of project-specific risks and issues.
  • Participate in Acceptance Testing Service demand processes.
  • Engage with Vodafone stakeholders through regular status meetings.
  • Promote standardised testing methodologies and continuous improvement.
Who you are
  • 6-8 years of experience in Test Management across SDLC in Telco Billing, Online, and Mediation environments.
  • ISTQB Foundation certification or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of testing in UNIX, Oracle, IBM MQ, Teradata, and Middleware environments.
  • Familiarity with CRM journeys in Telecom and structured test methods.
  • Proficient in ALM and RQM test management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in multicultural and matrix organisations.
  • Fluent in English and open to moderate travel across Europe.
  • Holds a degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
