Job Summary
The Senior Test Lead will be responsible for leading performance testing activities using tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner. The primary objective is to ensure the performance, reliability, and scalability of software applications.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan, design, and execute performance testing strategies for software applications.
2. Develop performance test scripts and scenarios using jmeter and loadrunner.
3. Analyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and propose solutions for optimization.
4. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure performance requirements are met throughout the software development lifecycle.
5. Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members involved in performance testing activities.
6. Stay updated on industry best practices and tools related to performance testing.
Skill Requirements
1. Proficient in performance testing methodologies and tools such as jmeter and loadrunner.
2. Strong experience in creating performance test scripts and scenarios.
3. Good understanding of performance monitoring and tuning techniques.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Effective communication and team collaboration abilities.
Other Requirements
1.Relevant certifications in performance testing tools like jmeter and Loadrunner are a plus.
