We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Engineer to join a global R&D team focused on Analytics and Data Management software. In this role, you will design and execute automated and interactive testing strategies, ensuring the delivery of reliable, high-quality software. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers and testers across regions, to identify and resolve software issues early in the development cycle. This position provides the opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment where innovation, precision, and teamwork are central to success. Your work will directly contribute to minimizing risks and enhancing customer satisfaction while supporting continuous integration and delivery practices.
Accountabilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain automated and interactive test scripts for software products.
• Identify, report, and help resolve software defects, ensuring issues are thoroughly documented.
• Collaborate with software developers and testers to improve software quality and usability.
• Assist in reproducing and troubleshooting user-reported software problems.
• Contribute to continuous integration and delivery processes using modern DevOps practices.
• Support UX and API testing, ensuring end-to-end quality and consistency of software features.
• Participate in Agile software development cycles, aligning testing efforts with iterative releases.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in software testing, including experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, WinAppDriver, Coded UI) for desktop applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of software testing processes, methodologies, and tools.
• Programming experience in C#, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Hands-on experience with API testing using REST API.
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) pipelines, preferably using Azure DevOps.
• Experience with UX testing and bug-tracking tools such as Jira.
• Knowledge of Agile software development and testing methodologies.
• ISTQB or Agile Software Test certification is an advantage.
• Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Fluent in English, with experience collaborating with global teams.
• Knowledge in Sound & Vibration Engineering is a plus.
