Role Purpose Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Test Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative Animal Health and Nutrition team at Kynetec. We are looking for somebody with 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on functional testing, complex systems analysis, and data management. The Senior Test Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through meticulous testing processes. Develop comprehensive test plans based on project requirements. Execute test cases to ensure the functionality, performance, and security of software applications. Analyze intricate systems and requirements to identify potential issues and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Apply strong analytical and logical reasoning to identify and troubleshoot complex issues. Utilize SQL for effective testing and data validation. Utilize Jira for issue tracking and Xray for efficient test management. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of data management and quality assurance practices. Understand basic AWS concepts and demonstrate familiarity with cloud-based testing environments. Conduct API testing with a focus on JSON formats. Skills required Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a software testing role. Proven experience in functional testing and complex systems analysis. Strong proficiency in SQL for testing purposes. In-depth knowledge of data management and quality assurance. Understanding of basic AWS concepts and cloud-based testing environments. Experience with API testing, particularly with JSON.
