The role ensures equipment compliance with calibration procedures to maintain accuracy and adherence to standards. The role conducts comprehensive tests and quality checks on various components and documents, including pilot runs of interacting systems. The role promptly reports any deviations during testing to facilitate quick resolution by the Manufacturing group leader. The role collaborates with relevant teams to address variations in measured values and implements improvement actions to enhance work processes and overall performance.
Your role:
Perform functional and safety tests on fully assembled X-ray systems as part of production output validation.
Operate specialized test setups to measure X-ray output parameters such as dose, image quality, and system stability.
Verify compliance with internal specifications and applicable regulatory standards (e.g., IEC 60601, FDA).
Document test results, flag non-conformances, and support root cause analysis for failed units. Records & Reports any disturbances or deviations encountered during the test or production process promptly to the Manufacturing group leader for resolution as per the quality protocol.
Maintain and calibrate test equipment and fixtures used in production testing.
Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve issues and improve test processes.
