JOB DESCRIPTION
Observability (Dynatrace & Elastic Stack) 1. Migration & Implementation (ELK to Dynatrace) Strategy & Execution: Lead the end-to-end migration of logs, metrics, and traces from legacy ELK stacks to Dynatrace. Log Management: Configure Dynatrace Log Management and Analytics (Grail) to ingest, process, and retain logs previously stored in Elasticsearch. Data Parity: Ensure all critical Kibana dashboards and Watcher alerts are accurately re-created as Dynatrace Dashboards and Davis AI alerts. 2. Dynatrace Platform Sustenance (L3 Support) Cluster Management: Manage Dynatrace Managed/SaaS environments, including ActiveGate lifecycle, OneAgent deployment, and cluster nodes. Performance Tuning: Optimize anomaly detection rules, SLIs/SLOs, and alerting profiles to reduce "alert fatigue." Advanced Troubleshooting: Act as the highest escalation point for complex performance issues across Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Cloud-native architectures. 3. Elastic PaaS Management Cluster Operations: Administer, scale, and monitor Elasticsearch clusters on Elastic Cloud (PaaS).
