JOB DESCRIPTION
o Lead and manage performance testing engagements for banking projects, ensuring on-time delivery through strong project management practices. o Possess strong banking domain knowledge, including transaction processing, SLAs, and peak load scenarios. o Perform production load analysis to understand real user behaviour and derive realistic load patterns and workloads for performance testing. o Highly skilled in performance testing tools such as Apache JMeter and Gatling for load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing. o Apply performance engineering principles including capacity planning, architecture review, bottleneck analysis, and proactive performance assurance. o Experienced in cloud-based and microservices architectures, addressing distributed system performance challenges. o Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GoCD to enable continuous performance validation. o Act as a client-facing manager, driving status reviews, risk discussions, and performance recommendations with stakeholders. o Successfully handle multiple projects within an account, balancing priorities and ensuring consistent delivery quality.
