Arm’s physical design group develops high performance logic, memory and GPIOs are used by our customer for faster time to develop SOC We have best test engineering team to test, debug and qualify IPs. This multi-facet team develops world class hardware and support our customer at latest technology nodes. This required semiconductor fabrication, hardware and software knowledge to efficiently support to qualify our IPs. Responsibilities

• Develop required ATE loadboard, probecard and characterization board as per project requirement
• Develop test program on Advantest V93K ATE(Automatic Test Equipment)
• Select dies as per process information provided by customer for assembly
• Bring-up test program once samples are available
• Debug test program and resolve test program or hardware related issues
• Improve test time and always bring-up innovative solutions for critical issues for the project
• Basic understanding of bench equipment e.g. oscilloscope, pattern generators and power supply and labview software
• Excellent problem solving and silicon failure debugging skills
• Effective interpersonal skills, as most of the collaborators are cross site, in terms of planning, reviews, status updates and meetings, as well as delivery against expectation

Required education Bachelor Degree in electronics and communication, electronics and electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other engineering degrees with meaningful experience. Minimum qualifications:

• 4+ years of relevant development experience
• Hands-on experience in V93K ATE test program development with proficiency in data analysis
• Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including C/C++, perl and macros

Preferred qualifications:

• Passionate about debugging silicon issues and developing skill to resolve IP issues emanating from process, IP, test or hardware related
• Report generation automation by using perl script and macros
• Report generation using python
