\xc2\xb7 Expert in Testing Tool - HP Application Lifecycle Management or JIRA
\xc2\xb7 Profound understanding of trade lifecycle and financial Instruments
\xc2\xb7 Extensive knowledge on Middle Office, Fund Accounting, Pricing, Transfer Agency, Collateral &
Reconciliation functions
\xc2\xb7 Experience in application like MOM, MOTO, Multifonds, Calypso , Collateral management domain
\xc2\xb7 Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)

Primary Responsibilities
\xc2\xb7 Provide functional test analysis, planning, design, execution and reporting for testing
assignments
\xc2\xb7 Extensive liaison and direct contact with a diverse range of business and technology functions,
both within the bank and clients
\xc2\xb7 Support the Project Manager and Test Manager by contributing to the Test Plan(s) for the
relevant test phases, the Test Readiness Reviews, test progress reporting, the Test
Completion/Summary Reports and Test Defect Reports
\xc2\xb7 Prepare & review Test Strategy, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and TCM for a given test
assignment
\xc2\xb7 Play a lead role in the analysis and reporting of test results, working closely with business,
technology and support areas to investigate and interpret test findings
\xc2\xb7 Assist in the reception and quality assurance of the business requirements, solution design and
business process documents individual projects.
\xc2\xb7 Conduct Defect and Status calls with quick responsiveness on high priority action items
\xc2\xb7 Develop help guides/ User Manual/ MIS reports as per requirement
\xc2\xb7 Develop and extend collaborative working relationships with senior clients, technology and
operational support areas in order to quickly understand requirements, resolve problems/issues,
suggest solutions and identify areas for service improvement
\xc2\xb7 Track test progress and timely escalate issues where required
\xc2\xb7 Ensure accurate and timely execution of the assigned tasks
\xc2\xb7 Highlight & track defects and ensure that they are fixed before project implementation
\xc2\xb7 Provide feedback to development team on the quality of code
Qualification & Experience
\xc2\xb7 Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Engineering or Commerce
\xc2\xb7 4-7 years of experience in testing lifecycle in Investment Banking domain
\xc2\xb7 Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Securities and Fund Services domain
