Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tendering Executive to manage the entire tendering process including identifying tenders, preparing documentation, cost estimation, and ensuring timely submission. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of government and private tender portals, and experience in the electrical/control panel sector is preferred.

Responsibilities :

Search and identify relevant tenders through government/private portals (GEM, CPPP, etc.). Study tender documents, analyze technical specifications and commercial terms & conditions. Coordinate with internal departments (design, sales, purchase, accounts) to gather required inputs. Prepare and submit technical & commercial proposals as per tender requirements. Prepare BOQs and costing sheets. Ensure timely submission of tenders and maintain a tracker of all tendering activities. Follow up on submitted tenders and communicate with clients for clarification and negotiation. Maintain documentation and records for audits and reference. Handle online tender submission portals efficiently.

Key Skills:

Good knowledge of tendering procedures and government procurement norms. Familiarity with GEM, E-Procurement portals, and other tender websites. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) Strong analytical and documentation skills. Strong clerical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering / Business Administration / or relevant field. 3-5 years of relevant experience in tendering, preferably in control panel/electrical equipment manufacturing.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
