Job Description

We are seeking a Tender Executive to manage end-to-end tendering, bidding, and documentation processes for CPWD, Indian Railways, RVNL, State Government
(AP & TS e-procurement), and other Central/PSU organizations. The role involves tender identification, bid preparation, online submission, and coordination with clients, consultants, and authorities.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and monitor tenders from: Central Govt. agencies CPWD, Railways, RVNL, NTPC, NHAI, etc. State Govt. portals AP e-Procurement, TS e-Procurement, and other state portals across India. Download, study, and prepare tender documents (Technical & Financial bids). Coordinate with management, engineers, and accounts for BOQs, abstracts, and cost analyses as per DSR & GCC norms. Handle e-procurement submissions registration, DSC tokens, bid upload, and online clarification. Manage BG, EMD, FDR documentation and coordinate with banks. Track tender deadlines and maintain tender register/dashboard. Draft official letters, correspondences, and clarification replies. Assist in post-tender negotiations, award acceptance, and contract agreement documentation.Key Skills Required Strong knowledge of CPWD, Railways, RVNL, PSU, AP/TS e-procurement, and other state/central tendering procedures. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and government tender portals. Knowledge of financial documentation BG, EMD, FDR, Solvency.

Strong communication, drafting, and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple tenders with tight deadlines.Salary & Benefits Salary: Rs.30,000 Rs.50,000/month (based on experience). Exposure to multi-state and central infrastructure projects. Long-term growth in tendering, contracts, and business development.
