Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Tender Executive who will be responsible for handling the complete tendering process for EPC, modular buildings, facade, and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in bid preparation, costing, and coordination with internal departments and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

Search and track relevant government and private tenders. Study tender documents and prepare eligibility checklists. Coordinate with engineering, design, and estimation teams for technical and commercial inputs. Prepare and submit technical and financial bid documents on time. Upload tenders on online portals (GeM, e-procurement sites, etc.). Follow up on submitted tenders and handle post-bid clarifications. Maintain records of all tenders and track their status. Support in client registration, vendor empanelment, and pre-qualification.

Requirements

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or related fields. 7-8 years of experience in tendering or bidding in construction or infrastructure companies. Good understanding of EPC/modular/facade-related tenders. Proficient in MS Office and familiar with e-tender portals. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Good communication and coordination abilities.
