Work Location: Remote
Shift timing: 6:30PM to 3:30AM IST
Workdays: Monday to Saturday(1st 6 months)
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Identify customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge, especially related to the HORECA sector.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing and networking efforts.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in the CRM system.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team on market trends and customer preferences.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in telesales or direct sales
, preferably in B2B or the HORECA sector.
Excellent
verbal communication
and
interpersonal skills

Proven ability to
close sales
over the phone and handle objections confidently.
Strong customer-centric approach and persuasive selling techniques.
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer proficiency.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
