Role Overview:
As a
Senior Tele-Sales Executive
, you will play a key role in driving lead generation, client engagement, and sales conversion through proactive outbound calling and structured follow-ups. You will represent the first point of contact for potential customers and work closely with the sales and marketing teams to convert leads into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Lead Generation & Initial Contact
Initiate outbound calls to potential clients from various sources (campaigns, referrals, databases, etc.).
Follow up on marketing leads and past inquiries to build a strong sales funnel.

Prospect Qualification
Assess customer requirements, timelines, budgets, and decision-making processes.
Qualify leads by using probing techniques and gathering key information to prepare for sales conversion.
3.
Client Relationship Management
Build rapport and trust with prospects by actively understanding their pain points and goals.
Provide consistent and professional communication to ensure a seamless client experience.
4.
Sales Pitch & Deal Closure
Present the value proposition of 4K Sports Infra's products and services clearly and confidently.
Handle objections effectively and close deals over the phone or coordinate with field teams for final conversion.
5.
Cross-Selling & Upselling
Identify additional requirements and recommend relevant add-ons or premium offerings.
Maximize customer value and satisfaction by customizing solutions to their specific needs.
6.
CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of all lead activities, status updates, and client interactions in the CRM system.
Provide regular reports on call performance, lead conversion, and client feedback.
7.
Market Insights & Feedback
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
Share actionable insights with internal teams to improve sales strategies and product offerings.
8.
Inter-Departmental Coordination
Liaise with the marketing, operations, and project teams to ensure client requirements are fulfilled.
Share feedback from client conversations to improve marketing materials and customer service.
9.
Customer Issue Handling
Address basic queries and concerns with clarity and professionalism.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues while ensuring continued ownership and follow-through.
10.
Compliance & Quality Standards
Adhere to all company policies, communication protocols, and ethical standards.
Ensure all sales practices are aligned with company and industry regulations.
Key Skills Required:
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills
Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
Experience in B2B telesales or infrastructure-related sales (preferred)
Proficient in using CRM and MS Office tools
Goal-oriented, self-driven, and result-focused
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
