Hooqx is looking for an experienced and motivated

Senior Telesales Executive

to join our dynamic sales team at our Saltlake Sector V office. The ideal candidate should have a proven background in telesales, cold calling, and leading a small team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle outbound telesales calls to domestic clients/customers. Generate new leads and follow up with existing ones to convert them into sales opportunities. Manage and motivate a telesales team to achieve individual and team targets. Monitor performance metrics and provide guidance and support to team members. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM systems. Develop and implement strategies to improve sales conversion and client engagement. Coordinate with management to plan sales goals and promotional activities.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Minimum

3 years of experience

in telesales or telemarketing.

Team handling or team lead experience

is mandatory. Strong experience in

cold calling and lead generation

for domestic clients/customers. Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Strong

negotiation and closing skills

. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Salary:

Salary depends on last drawn and relevant experience.
