Job Description

Customer outreach:

Make outbound calls to generate leads and nurture them into customers, and handle inbound calls for inquiries or support.

Sales and goal achievement:

Explain product/service benefits, process orders, and meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Customer service:

Address customer complaints, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through professional and effective communication.

Record management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and call logs, often using CRM software.

Team leadership:

Train and mentor junior telecallers, and work with sales or support teams to improve the overall customer experience.

Market awareness:

Conduct market research and stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to inform customer interactions.

Reporting:

Report on progress, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with company policies and scripts.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
