Proactively make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales and leads.
Follow up on inbound inquiries and leads to convert them into sales.
Qualify and nurture leads to increase the conversion rate.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets consistently.
Monitor performance and adjust sales strategies as needed to achieve goals.
