We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller Executives to join our team and drive the sales of our industrial oils.

Required Skills

1. Client Outreach:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients based on leads provided by the company.

2. Lead Generation & Conversion:

Identify client needs and schedule consultations for senior advisors to further assist potential clients.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction

4.Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

5. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve common goals

6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements:

1+ year of experience in telecalling or customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Language:

Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred)
