motivated and target-driven Senior Telecalling Executives
to strengthen our telecalling operations and contribute to business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Make
outbound calls
to potential and existing clients to promote the company's financial products and services.
Generate quality leads
and ensure timely follow-ups to achieve conversion targets.
Handle client queries
professionally and ensure satisfactory resolutions.
Support and guide junior telecallers in achieving daily and monthly targets.
Maintain accurate records of
customer interactions, leads, and sales activities
.
Prepare and submit
daily/weekly performance reports
to management.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure
smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
Suggest
process improvements
to enhance calling efficiency and conversion rates.
Maintain
confidentiality and data integrity
as per company policies.
Candidate Requirements
Education:
Minimum Graduate (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Experience:
1-2 years in
telecalling, telesales, or customer service
(experience in financial services preferred).
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and persuasion skills in
Hindi
(basic English proficiency required).
Proven ability to
meet and exceed sales or lead generation targets.
Working knowledge of
MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
Positive attitude, team spirit, and strong multitasking abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results.
