We're Hiring: Senior Sales Advisor - AK Clinics

Timings:

9:45 AM - 7:00 PM

Salary:

?17,000 - ?30,000 (based on experience)

We're looking for a dedicated

Telesales / Senior Sales Advisor

to connect with potential and existing patients, assist them with clinic-related queries, and encourage them to book consultations.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound & outbound calls, convert leads into walk-in patients. Update patient information and follow-ups on CRM. Address inquiries about services, treatments, and procedures. Maintain daily call records and participate in team meetings. Follow scripts and ensure excellent patient service.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in English & Hindi. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools. Freshers or candidates with 2+ years of experience in telecalling/sales/counseling preferred. Friendly, patient-oriented, and organized.
