Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound calls, convert leads into walk-in patients.
Update patient information and follow-ups on CRM.
Address inquiries about services, treatments, and procedures.
Maintain daily call records and participate in team meetings.
Follow scripts and ensure excellent patient service.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
Freshers or candidates with 2+ years of experience in telecalling/sales/counseling preferred.
Friendly, patient-oriented, and organized.
