Key Result Areas (KRAs):



Drive high-volume outbound calling to potential customers. Generate qualified leads and secure site visit appointments. Consistently follow up to maximize lead-to-visit conversions. Achieve and exceed monthly call, lead, and conversion targets. Effectively communicate project details, pricing, and promotions. Build strong rapport with prospects to gain trust and interest. Manage and update leads accurately in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team for seamless lead handovers. Monitor key metrics such as lead-to-visit and visit-to-booking ratios. Deliver exceptional customer experience, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
