Manage leads and follow up with potential patients.
Maintain call records and update CRM.
Offer empathetic, polite, and confidential communication.
Requirements:
3-5 years of telecalling/customer service experience (healthcare preferred).
Strong communication skills (English + local language).
Patient, empathetic, and comfortable discussing fertility-related topics.
Basic computer and CRM skills.
