Job Summary:



We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

Team mate

to join our team at

StemRx Hospital & Research Centre

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling patient inquiries, explaining our advanced treatments and therapies, and effectively converting leads into consultations and admissions through persuasive and empathetic communication.

Key Responsibilities:



Inbound & Outbound Calling:

Handle incoming calls from patients or their families. Make outgoing calls to potential leads, old inquiries, and follow-up patients. Maintain a high call volume while ensuring quality interactions.

Patient Engagement & Persuasion:

Clearly explain hospital services, stem cell and regenerative therapies, and treatment protocols. Address patient concerns with empathy and professionalism. Convince patients to visit the hospital and initiate treatment plans.

Lead Management:

Track and update leads in CRM/HIMS systems. Classify leads (A/B/C/D) as per patient interest level and treatment stage. Maintain daily call logs, follow-up schedules, and lead conversion reports.

Coordination & Communication:

Coordinate with doctors, counselors, and the operations team to schedule consultations. Follow up regularly with patients until conversion or closure. Share patient queries with relevant departments for accurate and timely resolution.

Documentation & Reporting:

Record all interactions in the system accurately. Submit daily and weekly reports on lead status, follow-ups, and conversions.

Key Skills & Requirements:



Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a hospital, healthcare BPO, or patient counseling role. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages (if applicable). Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Basic knowledge of hospital operations, stem cell, or regenerative therapies is an added advantage. Comfortable with CRM tools and MS Office.

Preferred Qualities:



Empathetic and patient-centric approach. Goal-driven with a proven track record in conversions. Professional phone etiquette and listening skills. Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly.

As per industry standards (based on experience and performance)

10:00 AM to 7.0 Pm
