Proactively identify and generate new business leads for Accordex Systems' software solutions through phone calls, emails, and networking.
Make outbound tele-calls to potential customers, introduce company products, and explain features and benefits.
Arrange and conduct online or in-person product demonstrations and presentations.
Nurture leads throughout the sales process to maximize conversion rates.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer contacts, and sales activities in CRM.
Achieve set targets for lead generation, client meetings, and sales closures.
Collect and relay feedback from customers to improve products and services.
Provide exceptional customer experience in every interaction.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business/Marketing/IT preferred).
1+ year experience in sales, telecalling, lead generation, or similar customer-facing roles, ideally in the IT/software domain.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
Results-oriented mindset and ability to achieve targets.
Good command of English (knowledge of regional languages is an asset).
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales/telecalling best practices is an advantage.
