Qualification: Degree holder

Some experience or internship in a business environment, preferably in lead management or real estate.Sex : female/male,Female Candidates are mostly preferred.

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Age: <25 years.

Locality: Kilpauk

CTC : 3.64 lakhs per annum to 3.89 lakhs per annum

Make outbound and attend inbound calls to prospective customers from provided lead list through ERP.

Present our projects and effectively communicate their features and benefits.

Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products/services.

Record customer information and sales details accurately in our ERP.

Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly tele-sales targets.

Maintain a positive and professional decorum during customer interactions.

Attend trainings provided by your senior.

Ensuring team target is achieved on a daily basis.

Must have fluency in English and Tamil.

Should be ready to work on Sunday and week off, shall be provided on any one day of the weekday.

Should be passionate about the work.

Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.

Attending customer chat along with in and out bound calls.

Following up with each and every customer and providing them suitable product as per their requirements, following up with the lead until it is attended on call.

Must be a team player.

Candidate preferred from real estate, banking, Insurance, credit card services, industry, previous experience.

Should have effective convincing skills.
