Job Summary:
As a
Senior Telecaller / Senior Academic Counsellor
, you will lead the student communication process, ensuring effective handling of inquiries, guiding students and parents through course details, and driving successful lead conversions. You will also support and mentor junior team members in achieving their targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make and monitor outbound calls to potential students and parents.
Explain course details clearly and guide them through the admission process.
Handle incoming inquiries with professionalism and provide appropriate follow-up.
Track and ensure timely lead conversion through consistent communication.
Maintain accurate call records and submit daily performance reports.
Support the Business Development team in meeting overall admission targets.
Assist in training and guiding junior telecallers for improved performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (preferred in Business Administration, Education, or related fields).
1-3 years of experience in front office/counseling roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace.
Fluent in English and Malayalam.
Organized, proactive, and presentable.
