Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to patients/leads for appointment scheduling and follow-ups
Handle inbound calls from patients and caregivers professionally
Explain healthcare services, care plans, and processes clearly in
English & Hindi
Coordinate appointments with doctors, nurses, and care teams
Follow up on patient feedback, reports, and service delivery
Maintain accurate patient data in CRM/HMIS systems
Ensure confidentiality of patient information (HIPAA-like compliance principles)
Escalate medical or service-related concerns to the appropriate team
Meet daily calling and follow-up targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
12th pass / Graduate preferred
Fluency in English & Hindi (mandatory)
Polite, empathetic, and patient-centric communication
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, healthcare software)
Ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism
Prior experience in healthcare/hospital/clinic telecalling is an advantage
Freshers with good communication skills can apply
Work Experience
0-2 years
in telecalling, patient support, healthcare coordination, or customer service (preferred)
