Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Telecaller

to join our team at our medical equipment manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about our products, handling inquiries, and generating leads to support the sales team.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

B.Sc graduate (Life Sciences, Biology, Biotechnology, or related fields preferred) Prior experience in telecalling, sales coordination, or customer service is a plus Willing to learn about medical devices and engage with healthcare professionals

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of medical equipment or life sciences. Ability to understand technical product details and explain them to customers. Good command of , Gujarati, Hindi and English. Proficient in MS Office, email, and CRM tools. Positive attitude, confidence, and customer-oriented approach.
