Senior Tekla Modeler

to lead modelling and detailing of

beams, columns, trusses, stairs, ladders, handrails, platforms & miscellaneous steel structures

for high-quality structural steel projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop accurate

Tekla 3D models

for structural steel projects
Prepare

GA drawings, shop drawings

, and full

submittal packages

.
Generate

BOMs, CNC files, reports

, and fabrication outputs.
Conduct

clash detection

and ensure coordinated, error-free models.
Collaborate with

Project Managers, Engineers, Designers

, and fabrication teams.
Resolve site/shop technical queries and implement design changes.
Maintain checklists, file structures, and documentation as per standards.
Apply

AISC/IS codes

, weld symbols, materials, and fabrication practices effectively.

Requirements

Education :

Diploma/Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering OR certified training in structural steel detailing

Experience : 7+ years of Tekla Structures experience

in Steel Modelling & Detailing.

Software Skills : Tekla Structures - Expert level

, AutoCAD (added benefit), Strong grasp of

AISC/IS standards

, steel grades, welding symbols, fabrication norms & proficiency in

BOM, MTO, CNC generation

, shop detail drawings & coordination.
