Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage detailed

Tekla models

for formwork and concrete structures. Prepare

shop drawings, layout plans, and material take-offs

in Tekla and AutoCAD. Generate

submittal packages

for approval and fabrication. Coordinate with

Project Managers, Engineers, and Clients

to resolve technical queries. Conduct

clash checks, pour planning

, and ensure proper model/file management.

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of Tekla modeling experience

formwork or concrete structures

. Strong understanding of

formwork systems

(slab, wall, column, beam, foundation) and

pour sequencing

Proficiency in AutoCAD

for 2D detailing and layout drawings. Expertise in

Tekla Tools

(Organizer, Reports, Custom Components, Macros). Ability to produce

BOMs, reports, and CNC outputs

. Familiarity with

AISC standards, construction tolerances, and site practices

Preferred Location:

Thane or Navi Mumbai (for client site coordination at

Pokhran Road, Thane
