Key Accountabilities:
Lead deployment activities and support launch of new products, new business opportunities (including technical input to tenders), resolution of customer issues.
Develop technology pipeline for trucks & tractors segments. Provide input to new product development projects via stage and gate process, support proof of performance and customer approval tests.
Strong experience in quality management. Provide resolutions for incidents working with cross-functional teams. Proven expertise in getting accreditation for organization. In-line with QA Manual; identify continuous improvement programs, standardize test methods and conduct quality assurance audits
Develop training modules specific to India to deliver for internal & external customers.
Provide technical support for OEM & retail customers to resolve issues.
Work closely with India technology laboratory for blending and testing of formulations, interpretation of data and delivery of reports.
Identify and qualify suitable finished goods for purchase as required. Support resolution of local and global RM shortages.
Support the technology head to deliver communications for NPIs using global materials, adapting where necessary or creating materials to meet local customers' requirements.
Maintain technical knowledge of products, applications, and competitor information as applicable to responsibilities around trucks and tractors.
Use digital technology and simply process with digital for TD activities.
