Qualification:

ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Word, Excel)

Experience:

3 to 5 years of experience as a Technician or Senior Technician in an authorized automobile service center

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and perform maintenance and repair work on Ashok Leyland vehicles Lead and guide a team of technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues using modern tools and equipment Mentor junior technicians and provide on-the-job training and technical guidance Ensure adherence to company and manufacturer service standards Maintain proper records of service and repair work Support the Works Manager in maintaining workshop efficiency and minimizing vehicle downtime
