Job Summary

The Senior Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of kitchen equipment, electrical systems, refrigeration, and facility-related issues across Pizza Wings locations. This role ensures uninterrupted restaurant operations, food safety compliance, and optimal equipment performance. The Senior Technician also mentors junior technicians and coordinates preventive maintenance schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Technical & Maintenance

Install, inspect, maintain, and repair kitchen equipment including pizza ovens, fryers, grills, refrigeration units, freezers, and HVAC systems Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues efficiently Perform preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and operational issues Ensure all equipment operates in compliance with safety and health regulations

Operations Support

Coordinate with restaurant managers to schedule maintenance with minimal business disruption Maintain detailed service logs, maintenance records, and inventory of spare parts Recommend equipment upgrades or replacements when necessary Liaise with external vendors and service providers when required

Leadership & Supervision

Guide and support junior technicians and maintenance staff Train staff on basic equipment handling and safety procedures Ensure adherence to company SOPs and maintenance standards

Compliance & Safety

Follow food safety, electrical, fire, and workplace safety standards Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies Conduct routine safety inspections and risk assessments
Qualifications & Experience

Diploma/ITI/Technical Certification in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration, or related field Years of experience in restaurant, QSR, or commercial kitchen maintenance Strong knowledge of pizza ovens, fryers, refrigeration, and HVAC systems Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
