Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor automatic and semi-automatic machines in the Module Manufacturing line (e.g., Stringer, Layup, Laminator, EL Tester, Hi-Pot, IV Tester). Ensure smooth running of production equipment with minimal downtime. Conduct in-process quality checks and follow SOPs to maintain product standards. Assist in changeovers, machine setups, and preventive maintenance activities. Identify and report equipment malfunctions, quality deviations, and safety concerns. Maintain production records, machine logbooks, and shift reports. Ensure adherence to safety guidelines, EHS practices, and 5S in the workplace Support continuous improvement activities and contribute ideas for productivity/quality enhancement.

Qualification & Experience:

Education:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field.

Relevant Experience:

+ 3-6 years in production with hands-on experience in module manufacturing machines.

Skills & Competencies:

+ Knowledge of production processes, equipment handling, and quality inspection.
+ Basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.
+ Ability to read and understand technical drawings, SOPs, and work instructions.
+ Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen practices.
+ Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

+ Willingness to work in shifts.
