• To Transport the Bulk Tablets/Capsules/Powder in the Cubicle
• To Transport the Primary Packing material to the Cubicle.
• To follow daily plan and execute the same.
• To carry out entire packing activity and in process checks as per written procedures and cGMP at shop floor.
• To maintain work discipline in out procedure
• To perform the Change Over and to operate the Cartonator Machine, BQS Machine, Strip Machine, and handle the condot machine.
• To Participating in Technical Training Programs.
• To identify Safety Related Observation and inform to Shift Incharge.
• To take care of Area and Equipment (Cleaning and its sanitation).
• To maintenance of Change Parts and Machine regular interval.
• Trouble shoot and make appropriate adjustment to maintain the Quality of the product.
• To achieve and improve production yield.
• To minimize the wastage of the resources.
• To minimize the changeover time and increase the productivity.
• To guide Trainee operators.
• To Follow Labelling Procedure as per SOP.

• Should perform the work assigned by the Supervisor.
