Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain end-user documentation, including user guides, API documentation, online help, and release notes for SaaS products. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to gather technical information and ensure documentation accuracy. Use XML or DITA-based authoring tools (e.g., oXygen, FrameMaker, XMetaL) to create structured, reusable content. Ensure documentation aligns with the company's style guide, content strategy, and branding guidelines. Maintain and publish content via content management systems (CMS) or documentation portals. Participate in Agile ceremonies (scrum meetings, sprint demos) to stay updated on product development. Review documentation for clarity, consistency, and usability. Incorporate stakeholder feedback and continuously improve content based on user feedback and analytics. Adhere to project timelines and manage multiple documentation projects concurrently.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum

5 years of experience

in technical writing, preferably in the

SaaS domain

. Proficiency with

structured authoring tools

and standards such as

DITA

or

XML

. Strong command of written English with the ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical users. Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with documentation tools such as Confluence, MadCap Flare, Paligo, Git, or similar.
