Key Responsibilities
Develop, write, edit, and maintain technical documentation using Adobe FrameMaker.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand products, systems, and documentation requirements in detail.
Create high-quality documentation that meets company and industry standards and suits the intended audience.
Prepare user manuals, installation guides, online help, UI text, and developer documentation.
Create tutorials and instructional content to help end-users effectively use applications and systems.
Analyze existing and new content with focus on reuse, consistency, and single-sourcing.
Create, organize, and maintain documentation structure and information architecture.
Ensure documentation accuracy, clarity, and consistency with strong attention to detail.
Convert complex technical concepts into simple, easy-to-understand text and visuals.
Work on software-related technical documentation with proven hands-on experience.
