We're looking for an experienced Technical Writer to help shape how everyone - from users to sales, marketing, support, and implementation teams - understands and succeeds with our products.

used by global industry leaders. You'll work closely with Domain Experts, Software Engineers, and other teams to create content that empowers users and drives business impact. We regularly get hands-on with the product, ensuring our content is accurate, while becoming product experts in the process.

What You'll Do

Use the Product - you can't ship a document without first testing it yourself Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging content. Write user instructions, release notes, training materials, technical blogs, and shape webinars and event content that inform and inspire both users and internal teams Work closely with Software Engineers, Domain Experts, Marketing, and other teams to gain deep product understanding Refine existing content for consistency andusability, and contribute to improving technical writing workflows Always focus on the audience and purpose of your content. Ask yourself: what is the goal? Create content across multiple formats, including tools like Document360, Articulate, Totara or others Bring both user insight and product expertise to discussions. Contribute to customer success calls, technical events, implementation projects, RFPs, and more

What You'll Need

6+ years of professional experience

in writing complex software and/or discipline engineering-based materials Strong ability to simplify complex information and make it accessible Keen eye for detail and technical accuracy Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills Technical insight andcuriosity, always asking questions and testing instructions Excellent English writing and communication skills
