Job Summary: We are seeking a knowledgeable technical training specialist to design, develop, and deliver training programs focused on embedded systems and related technologies. This role involves conducting technical sessions, preparing learning materials, assessing participant performance, and ensuring continuous skill development in line with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver training programs on embedded systems, microcontrollers, RTOS, firmware development, C/C++, and hardware-software integration. Develop technical content including presentations, hands-on lab exercises, tutorials, assessments, and documentation. Conduct onboarding training for new hires and upskilling sessions for existing team members. Customize training modules based on project requirements, team skill gaps, or client expectations. Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and performance metrics; implement improvements accordingly. Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in the embedded systems domain and incorporate them into training materials. Collaborate with engineering teams to understand real-world application scenarios and align training content accordingly. Assist in creating and maintaining a technical knowledge base or learning portal.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
