The
Trainer
will play a pivotal role in enabling employees to transition successfully to new systems, processes, and technologies as part of a large-scale, complex transformation program. This role is responsible for
delivering high-quality, engaging, and impactful training sessions
--helping end users gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence to perform effectively in the new environment.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in
facilitating system and process trainings
across enterprise platforms such as
Salesforce, Snowflake, Microsoft Dynamics, and SAP
, with strong experience delivering both virtual and instructor-led sessions.
Training Delivery
+ Deliver
instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning sessions
to train end users on new business applications, systems, and processes.
+ Conduct effective training on enterprise platforms (e.g.,
Salesforce, Snowflake, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP
) ensuring users understand functionality, workflows, and integration points.
+ Ensure sessions are
interactive, practical, and tailored
to diverse learner groups and business contexts.
+ Use demonstrations, walkthroughs, and simulations to help learners apply concepts and build hands-on competence.
Training Preparation & Readiness
+ Prepare and customize training materials, facilitator guides, and learner handouts in alignment with program objectives.
+ Participate in
train-the-trainer (TTT)
sessions to stay updated on new systems, process updates, and learning content.
+ Validate training environments, data, and system access before delivery to ensure smooth facilitation.
+ Gather learner feedback and share recommendations to enhance training quality and learner engagement.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Coordination
+ Collaborate closely with
Training Manager,
Senior Learning Consultants
,
Program Leads
, and
Change Management Teams
to align training delivery with deployment schedules and business readiness milestones.
+ Support regional or functional customization of training content as needed.
+ Maintain effective communication with SMEs, product owners, and project teams to stay aligned with evolving business processes.
+ Track attendance, learning completion, and user readiness, escalating risks or issues proactively.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
+ Monitor and report
training effectiveness metrics
(attendance, satisfaction, knowledge scores, performance readiness).
+ Analyse post-training feedback and assessments to identify skill or confidence gaps.
+ Continuously improve delivery techniques and content relevance based on learner needs, system changes, and feedback insights.
Your success is grounded in:
8-10 years
of experience in delivering training programs in
enterprise systems and transformation environments
.
Proven experience delivering system/process training on platforms such as
Salesforce, Snowflake, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP
, or similar enterprise applications.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills for
instructor-led (ILT)
and
virtual instructor-led (vILT)
training.
Experience conducting training for system rollouts, process transitions, or technology upgrades in large-scale organizations.
Familiarity with
virtual collaboration and delivery tools
(MS Teams, Zoom, WebEx) and
LMS systems
for learner tracking.
Ability to translate complex concepts into
simple, actionable learning
for diverse user groups.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in
digital transformation or technology adoption
programs.
Understanding of
change management and user adoption principles
.
Certification in
Training Delivery/Facilitation
(e.g., ATD Master Trainer, CPTM, or equivalent).
Exposure to eLearning development tools and blended learning approaches is an advantage.
