Role Overview:
Responsible for managing IT Infrastructure, AMC operations, and Technical Support teams. Ensures seamless service delivery, uptime, and SLA compliance across all IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end IT Infra: servers, networks, firewalls, storage, CCTV, biometrics, end-user devices.
Lead AMC operations, vendor coordination, and SLA monitoring.
Handle escalations and oversee L1/L2/L3 support teams.
Perform RCA, preventive maintenance, and infra upgrades.
Manage IT projects and ensure compliance with security policies.
Maintain documentation, reports, and asset records.
Required Skills:
Strong experience in IT Infra & AMC Management.
Good knowledge of servers, networks, Windows/Linux, cloud basics.
Vendor & Team Management skills.
Certifications (ITIL, CCNA, MCSA) preferred.
